Who owns the Villas?
The Villa’s are owned by Jamaicans, all of them, for your use as your holiday home.

Not having the problem of a large complex holiday resort where everyone’s holiday is planned, you and your XaymacaHost, can be closer involved with your surrounding and holiday plans in your own holiday home.

Do you only have rented property?
We are at the moment involved with Property for Sale. We make no claim’s to be Property Agents. Putting these properties online is Xaymaca’s way of helping to create a sale for these sellers. The more homes used in Jamaica, the better it will be for all!

What makes you stand out from all the others that says, 'we are different'?
We stand out because we are very aware that the majority of us are not wealthy enough to pay the high rate air-fairs to Jamaica and still have enough money to have a roof over your heads on holiday. Having the money makes life much easer.
